Four Seasons at El Dorado Hills

My parents moved in 12 years ago, as El Dorado Hills Four Seasons was just beginning. They both loved living there and made many close friends. My wife and I spent quite a bit of time there ourselves and have maintained friendships with their friends to this day. What a great place to live. The lodge is fantastic with a beautiful lavish pool and a full gym. There are so many clubs and activities there it's hard to name them all. The community garden is a sight to behold as well.

This is a 55 or better community. It has incredible amenities including a spacious lodge with indoor and outdoor fireplaces, pool tables, and locker rooms. Outdoor amenities include a huge swimming pool, spa, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, Bocci ball, nature trails and a community garden. The homes are nice with low maintenance yards.Homes that are for sale in Four Seasons will be resale homes (they are not new). Award winning wineries of northern Cali 30 min, apple hill 25 minutes, Airport and medicAl close. Community garden fabulous and quiet nature trails or active sports and billiards! Come see to enjoy!

No designated smoking area. No smoking anywhere on property. They could have had a small outside spot to have an after dinner smoke.

Good place to live with very active lifestyle. The club house is the center of activities including many clubs, pool, hot tub, tennis courts, pickle ball, Bach ball, and on and on.
