Forest Hills Village

The apartments look nice since the renovations but the plumbing is horrible. Our apartment has flooded multiple times with water from the sewer. It smelled horrible and contained feces. Our rugs in the bathroom were damaged and we had to clean up a large body of water multiple times that flowed into the hallway kitchen bathroom and living room. My gf is 9 months pregnant and she’s having to continuously pour water into the toilet for it to flush because it won’t flush fully on its own. Also we haven’t been given a mailbox key yet. We are expecting important mail and don’t know how or when we will receive it.

Britney is awesome she is very knowledgeable and made sure I left with understanding and I will recommend this property to anyone that will listen and make sure they ask for Britney she gives the reassurance you need !!!

I recently moved into Forest Hills Village and I’m thoroughly impressed. The complex is nestled in a peaceful area, surrounded by lush greenery, which creates a serene environment that's perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Overall, I highly recommend Forest Hills Village for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to live!

Forrest hills isn't a place you would want to stay for years. The apartment would be nice if I had doors to my bedrooms. If the A/C units actually had plugs to them. If the cleaning crew actually cleaned the place. Plumbing wasn't old and broken. If I had shelves in my cabinets and mold was/is the main resident. There's fights almost every night and shootings that last weeks! Get a good rain and your building will flood. Maintenance is nonexistent and communication from the office is invisible.i wouldn't suggest this place to a dying dog.

The best way to report bad housing situations that are low income/income based housing is to contact HUD directly. You can also report to The Health Department. Tenants have more rights than they may know.
