Florida Title One: A Division of Florida Hometown Title

My experience with Florida Title One was negatively impacted not by its staff, but by its owner, Charles Bonacolta. While I was not directly working with his company, a transaction involving one of his Buyers intersected with a closing my office was handling. When funding was delayed due to wires not yet being received and processed, a situation completely outside of my control, Mr. Bonacolta sent me an email containing the following threatening language : "send the wire to Florida Title One ASAP to avoid having my buyer send someone by your office . He has a friend in Miami that is on his way to your office now. He wants his funds." Shortly after, he posted a false and misleading 1-star review about my business, omitting key facts and placing blame where it did not belong. His actions
