Flats on 4th

Flats on 4th is an amazing place to live! The charming property is conveniently located near UAB, as well as great restaurants and entertainment venues. The community is peaceful, with quiet and considerate neighbors. Maintenance is excellent—prompt, professional, and reliable. Peyton, the community manager, is warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure residents’ needs are met. Her responsiveness and attentiveness make every interaction a pleasure, and she works tirelessly to ensure every issue is resolved quickly and efficiently.

One of the best apartment experiences I've ever had. Super helpful and friendly staff, respectful neighbors, and much more. Genuinely had pretty much no issues ever while living here.

I lived at Flats on 4th from late 2023 to late 2024. Since then, so many things have happened that I am writing this review. I would like to list three things that I particularly liked and am grateful for. 1. Friendly move-in process: Since I had to move from so far away in Minnesota, it was absolutely impossible to tour in advance. Lucas sent me a video of the surroundings and the inside of the house via text message, which increased my trust. And even though I had to arrive on a weekend, he also recorded the process of entering the apartment, which made it really easy to move in. 2. Quick response: Communication with the manager was always fast. I was able to communicate via text and email, and I think I received a response within a day, or even a few hours. Moved here from the 5 points south area a little over a year ago and recently renewed my lease for another 15 months. My experience here has been nothing but wonderful! Quiet, convenient location, great staff and neighbors. Truly do not plan on moving as long as I’m apartment living 🥹

I have lived at Flats for 3 1/2 years now. Although I am moving soon, my experience has been incredible. The best words to sum up Flats: quiet and easy. Neighbors are friendly, maintenance (Via) and management (Joe) are always on it. Great living room layouts, gated parking included in rent, walking distance to Railroad Park. 10/10 would recommend!
