Flats at Pinecliff

I moved in, in January and so far have had a great experience living here. Jada is always so pleasant and has gone above and beyond to meet my needs. She is very attentive and follows through on her word every time. Jimmy, the maintenance man is also amazing and very quick to take care of any issues. I had an emergency work order after hours yesterday and he was here and had it resolved in 30 minutes. I’m very happy to be here!

I needed an apartment quickly and one with a short lease as I was likely moving from the state (but wasn't sure.) I made a few appointments and started (frantically) looking. I ended up here (without an appointment although I THOUGHT I made one) and Jada was kind, and helpful anyway. She did not turn me away. She showed me the apartments that were available and answered my hundreds of questions. When the location I did want became available she let me know and worked with me to apply for that one.. which made my life much easier. I was looking forward to moving in, but ended up not signing a lease because I am leaving the state sooner than expected. Jada is the best. She's helped me on numerous occasions. She's always very sweet and extremely professional. I will miss her so so much when I leave. Never meet anyway that goes out of her way to help so many residents. Love her so much.

Jada (office manager) is absolutely fantastic. The property is so quaint and tucked away in what would otherwise seem loud and commercial. I only "found" it because of a random drive by. So very happy I did. Can't wait to make this a long time residence.
