Flats at Haywood

My sister and I came in on 1/15 at 11:00 am to tour an apartment. Brooke scheduled the appointment. We arrived and waited a bit but nobody showed up. My sister contacted Brooke and within 30 minutes she sent her a text apologizing she was held up in court. She asked if she could come the next day and my sister responded no problem I will be there. She understood things happen. The next day we go back and the amount of the rent changed. Now if the appointment was kept by no one's fault , she would have had the amount that she went for in the first place. So impressed with the friendly, accommodating service from Flats at Haywood. Katherine helped me on a late Friday afternoon and into the wknd while she was off!!! She was able to get us into the unit we really wanted and followed up with me all while she was off!! She was amazing. Then she left all details for the manager, Brooke, to follow up on with me when I arrived on Monday. Brooke was fantastic too!!!! So sweet, professional and accommodating! I like that all utilities are included in the monthly fee including cable! They just make it so easy here. It’s safe, clean and quiet. They even have a very nice 24/7 small gym which was a big plus for us. The office girls were just the best I’ve ever experienced. Rare!!! Amazing Amazing. To be honest I don’t think I would be approved and Brooke was absolutely Amazing! The apartment is Beautiful and Guess what It is Pet Friendly that’s truly important because I’m a dog mom to!!! So come check them out!!! Update SO far:: We are absolutely loving these apartments. It’s no problems out here, it’s friendly!! The amazing part is the Managers of the property are AMAZING they respond back to you and the Maintenance is amazing in and out!! Check this place out!!!!

DONT LIVE HERE. I lived here about a year ago for a year. I thought I was signing onto a 6 month lease for $900 a month for a 570 square foot studio with wood floors. I ended up getting a 3rd floor 480 square foot carpeted studio. It was infested with cockroaches and black mold under the sink in the kitchen, bathroom, and closet. I complained about the mold and all he said was to clean it with bleach. And when I asked for someone to come out to spray my apartment they charged me $80 maintenance fee. every time I needed something fixed they charged me some kind of fee added onto my rent. On top of that we didn’t have hot water on and off for about 3 months which is illegal. My car was hit 2 times and vandalized in the parking lot and they could do nothing about it. Everyone was kind and showed great patience with me as an elderly woman. Doing things online was a new experience but well worth learning. I can’t wait to be apart of this community.
