Flats at Bardstown

I’ve had a great experience living in this complex. The owner is very kind, respectful, and understanding. She treats everyone professionally and is always approachable if we need anything. Communication is smooth, and she genuinely cares about the comfort of her tenants. It makes a big difference when the management is supportive and responsible. I truly appreciate the positive environment she creates, and I would definitely recommend this place to others.

The owner of the complex is very respectful, kind, and professional. She is always helpful and easy to communicate with. Whenever there is a question or concern, she responds and tries her best to help. It’s clear that she cares about the tenants and wants everyone to feel comfortable living here. I really appreciate her kindness and the way she treats people with respect. Overall, my experience with her has been very positive.

I’ve been living here for a year if you live in the front almost every single one of them has hit your car. I have stared at my window every single day and watch everyone hit each other cars and drive off with no respect, trash can women send their children to the trashcan, they cannot reach them and the kids put the trash in the front of the trashcan and it piles up The parents do not watch their kids so kids aren’t running everywhere outside of the playground in the street cars are getting broken into. It’s always a domestic violence case at this place floors are pulling up. AC keeps going out this place is the hood if you wanna live in a nice hood, this is for you.

I regret choosing Flats at Bardstown. While the complex itself is decent, the experience has been ruined by constant noise from neighbors. Walls are paper-thin, and management does little to address complaints. Loud music, stomping, and late-night disturbances make it impossible to relax or sleep. If you value peace and quiet, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Definitely not worth the rent!

I do not live here but I would just like to commend the staff working in the leasing office. These ladies are professional and accommodating. Always have a smile and helped me schedule my tour no problem. Special shout out to Ms. LaToya in the office. She's great!
