Five Points Seniors

Lived in this place for a year, it had very dirty carpet in the halls and lobby. They have replace some but there is still a lot on each floor. My beef with them I gave them my 30 day notice as required and left one chair that the maintainence man said he wanted, Tried to rent again and they said the reason they didn't Is because of damages. They didn;t give any $1600 deposit back and $500 added saying I damage the apartment. Which none of this is true or not near true. After a year lease they are responsible to paint the apartment but charged me for it. The carpet is to changed after a year lease but I was charge for. And there was a small hole in the wall but not worth $2300. Found out they say tenant cause damages so they can take deposit and charge extra money with contractors they al

Having just moved in a month ago here are my initial impressions and experiences. Having visited several other complexes I was pleased with the condition of the lobby, hallways and elevators. They all were clean, well kept and smelled fresh unlike some other places I looked at. The laundry room was clean and has enough washers and dryers so it should be available anytime and most importantly the building has fire sprinklers. Moving into a new home always has a few challenges, however Helen and Raquel the office managers and their staff were patient and genuinely interested in helping me feel comfortable. My apartment is bright and airy with a spacious floorpan and a large walk-in closet. When I moved it was freshly painted, clean and virtually everything worked as it was supposed to. It

I toured it this morning. The front lobby and back doors were open, and being a block from Beach Blvd, and the homeless shelter, that shouldn't be the case. Next, residents do NOT have reserved parking. You have to compete for parking on Florida with the businesses and the apartment complexes. Seniors . competing for a parking spot. Just so cheap, poorly planned. And parking is extra once you get it, but she couldn't tell me how much. And she couldn't even show where the unit would be that is coming up, to "protect the privacy" of the current tenants. Really, this is just a big "pass" in my book.

M grandma lives here that's why I love it! It really is a nice place for seniors. If they like activities or shopping; they have a huge shopping center (5Points) across the street or they can take a ride in the shuttle to any place they choose! If they like to be left alone and do their own thing .... not a problem... their space is respected. The courtyards in the middle are spacious and beautifully kept and the grounds are always maintained. This is a classy place to live. Some rules apply but it’s not anything too strenuous to deal with. I take my children, the grandkids, to see their grandmama and we always go over to Trader Joe’s, across the street, a short walk, get some healthy yummy food, take it back to the courtyards, sit at the giant spacious tables and have a lovely lunch with

Easily the nicest place my Mee Maw has ever stayed. The staff is friendly and responsive and she never shuts up about the water pressure. We get it mee maw the showers are hot and the massage setting helps with your gout but it's Christmas dinner and now is not really the time to be talking about this. We're all trying to enjoy our lovely ham and figgy pudding and we're not trying to picture you in the shower. But you know how mee maw is.
