My mother and I have lived here for over a year and a half and I couldn't be happier. The office staff is amazing, the maintenance team is fantastic, and the surroundings are amazing. Service requests are handled promptly and efficiently. Location is great, close to the Hillsborough River and Rotary Park, and trails to get out and walk, and lots of wildlife to see. But the birds are the best. Convenient to lots of different places, a great dog park onsite (the only downside being other people not picking up after their dogs but that's not the staff's fault) It's a great place to live and the most noise you get most of the time comes from emergency vehicles heading for 75

In less than 10 months, I have experienced 7 separate leak incidents in my unit. Each emergency request required multiple follow-up calls before any action was taken, with delays of more than 20 hours on some occasions. The first acknowledgment or apology from the leasing office did not come until the fifth incident, and even then the response focused more on explanations than solutions. When I raised the issue of compensation for repeated damage and inconvenience, the request was ignored, and I was told to file a claim with my own insurance. The frequency of these problems, combined with delayed responses and lack of accountability, has made living here extremely difficult.

The grounds throughout the apartment complex are well-maintained, and the dog park really stands out as a highlight. It’s clear that the management cares about creating a comfortable, pet-friendly environment. I highly recommend Fisherman’s Landing to anyone looking for a place that’s not only beautiful but also thoughtful for dog owners!

My girlfriend and I recently moved into our apartment here at Fisherman's Landing. We love it! I have previous experience working for a real estate company and it goes without saying that not every place is going to be perfect. Each person has a different opinion and will think differently about every little thing. However, Fisherman's Landing so far has been great. Our apartment had some minor issues when we first moved in, but maintenance was fast and thorough. Trash valet is awesome, as well as pest control. In terms of amenities, we have only used the pool so far, but I love it. The community seems nice and friendly, and we feel safe here. Tessa and Sandra (front office) have been very helpful, and they are both extremely kind. Great to know that we are in good hands living here. W

I had a good experience at Fisherman's. My only complaint is that it seemed like there was mold in the apartment. On the windowsills and bathrooms. But overall it was no too bad. Decent parking and near a park/river which was cool. Also didn't have issues with getting my security deposit and getting a decent review for future apartments.
