First Virginia Homes

We moved into a house managed by First Virginia Homes in June 2024, and recently moved. During the time we lived there - from the initial inspection to turning in the keys - the staff at First Virginia was absolutely fantastic! They were always quick to respond to requests and frequently followed up after the work had been completed. Overall, working with First Virginia and renting a house under their management was a great experience - highly recommend them!

I used this company in helping me locate a rental property. James and Pat were very professional and prompt in returning my calls and emails. They made a difficult process less stressful. I highly recommend this company.

My entire process dealing with James from FVH was really easy. I reached out to James and told him what I was hoping to find with a property management company, within less than an hour James gave me a response with exactly what I wanted. It’s really nice to know that when something comes up James is easily accessible, I mean that. Every time I’ve ever reached out to him over the last year he’s gotten back to me so quickly and addresses my concerns that I’m really confused at the negative comments here.

Lisa and her team at First Virginia Homes are awesome. We were renting a home when the owner decided to sell the home. Lisa and her team helped us find another home still in the Lake Monticello area. When we found the home she worked to make the transition painless. Also the team selling the home we were in worked with us so that our privacy and home integrity was not interfered with. Lisa, Craig,Jane and Patrick are great.. If you are looking for a rental our to purchase this is the team you need to work with on a scale of 1-10 they are a 10.

Lisa and her team are the best! I have rented from them for 2 years and they have met my needs every step of the way. From the first day Lisa listened to what I wanted in a rental and found the perfect home that had not even been listed yet. She has been professional as well as going above what would be expected from a property manager.
