First Resource Company

They should investigate what their employees are doing at City View Commons 1 and 2 in Springfield. The management is poor, awful, horrible. I don't even know how to describe the poor job they do. They change the manager and things go from bad to worse. The employees don't work; I really don't even know why they're in that office. They don't care about the tenants' well-being. There are cockroaches in the apartment, mice, bedbugs, and who knows what other insects there are here. They bring someone in to fumigate a rude man who disrespects you, and he just fumigates downstairs in the cabinet and leaves, as if only the cockroaches were that is place. It's horrible and depressing to live here. Why do they have CITY VIEW COMMONS 1 and 2 if it's as if they aren't even there. They should remove

I've been a tenant with first resource for over 13 yrs .they treat you like family and if you have any issues with whatever the case may be they are there to help, when I need a maintenance routine done .they don't have me wait long.they take care of it right away..I would recommend this management company to anyone.

Look nice I live in NJ I wild love to move over there and live close to my family
