The atmosphere from our first meeting felt full of inclusion, warmth, and equality. She made everything feel easy and supportive throughout the process. There was another lovely woman who helped with the paperwork — I was so excited I didn’t catch her name — but she was wonderful, too! They dont care about your problems at all and i been dealing with FLOODING PROBLEMS WITH THE FOUNDATION OF MY HOUSEHOLD. That was in 2021, since then I have had more water issues in the same place and we are in 2024. Late 23 I reached out and did the most to be helped just to get attitude by property manager. At this point everything been on me to deal with any water flooding or leaking into my apartment. Anytime they send someone they just come look at the problem and leave. They dont know what to do at all. I can see I am not the only person with these problems but nothing will really get addressed or changed if its left to them.

I've been living in a property owned by Cruz and they disappoint me. Poor preventive maintenance, a negligent staff and mistreatment to the tenants. When I needed a handicapped ramp put in they tried their best to avoid the situation. Ramps were needed on the properties and mind you it is the law. I had to fight for better accessibility for residents in wheelchairs and this was during renovations. They also lied to all the tenants and did not renovate everything that was promised. At a meeting Danny Cruz was rude to me when I asked questions about accessibility and a better heating system. He thought it was the same system from 1988 until I had to prove him wrong. One of the few of not only management companies that actually invests within the communities and residents of the properties it manages. They really do care and try to display it within their actions to the surrounding communities, various programs and residents that make up those communities. They really don't get enough credit nor recognition for their acts and efforts.
