First National Bank of Middle Tennessee

This is my favorite bank in Murfreesboro. Staff is friendly, helpful, and patient always. They always have time to answer my questions and assist me with my account. I’m so thankful to do business with this bank!

It always seems as it it takes a phone call and a million questions to deal with this bank. I use my computer and not my phone to do my banking and this is not a computer friendly bank. They are geared to people who use a cell phone. If you don't use your online account for 90 days they make you call in to get it renewed and then you still need to get a code on your cell to log in to your account. The actual online website is also very hard to use. No check register just boxes of what went in and then went out but not in the same box. I've never had this sort of banking experience. I'm done with them as soon as I find another bank.
