Firs Apartments

A word of warning to anyone who decides to stay here. This converted motel offers cramped quarters and limited parking and absentee Management. If I could give no stars I would have and that rating would still be to high. Don't bother asking them to fix anything or to adhere to there lease agreements. They will only fix things that might affect there bottom line. I lived there for 4+ years and went through 5 different refrigerators even though I was told I would get a new one. I ended up fixing the last one myself because they would not respond to my maintenance requests. And I was never compensated for the parts I bought to fix it. Management will tell you you're allowed to do something and then give you notice that you can't do the thing. Don't expect your deposit back either, I cleaned

RENTER BEWARE! *UPDATE* After more than a year of waiting for a response and return of deposit money, the Prospectors have finally been brought to justice in at least 1 court case. They are currently in collections and owe almost $2000, just for the missing deposit money. Legal advocates and advisors at the court actually urged us to pursue higher penalties for these guys, because of the incredibly long amount of time they failed to respond for. ...and they did not respond to the court summons either! So, don't be fooled by their bullying, lies and laziness. They are subject to the rules and laws of our state and country, just like any other business. Looking forward to seeing the collectors reclaim the stolen deposit money ASAP. MY RENTAL EXPERIENCE: I lived at the Firs for 4 years

Lived here a few years ago. Although it’s very small. It was quiet and any issues I had got taken care of. The manager was very helpful and nice and always willing to look into helping me out. When I wanted to move out to a bigger apartment she found me an affordable place. It’s a nice place when you need somewhere cozy to live.

If you ever think about renting from the Firs Apartments, in Lacey. Just don't. The property manager is a lazy liar. Scheduled a walk threw that she never showed up for. Never received an apology or a call for not showing up. Her dog's tried to attack my brother when he was taking out garbage. Had to call the property management place about my return checks I was promised over a week ago. Just to hear it's sitting on their desk. Then they defend their lazy lying property manager and still recieved no apology for the lack of professionalism or showing up for a scheduled appointment.

The apartments are pretty nice and well kept. The area is close to everything I needed and the people were mostly great. The best part was the management! Anytime I had any questions or needed anything repaired they were on it! I only lived here for a year but it was some of the easiest to deal with landlords I’ve had.
