Castle Studios: I have never rented from an apartment place that requires the resident to repair their own Stove, Refrigerator, Dish Washer, Washer, Dryer and stove vent hood. Not only did they never mention this to me at the time I signed the lease, which is required by law. Just think you could buy them new appliances. Repairs could be in the $500 - $800. I am beyond disappointed in this place. The noise factor in this place is ridiculous, the privacy factor is nonexistent. You can hear your neighbor sneeze, let's not get into if your neighbor wants to have curricular activity. I had to inform one of my neighbors that everyone could hear his business.
