Fifth Third Bank & ATM

Dear Branch Manager, I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional customer service we received at your New Albany, Indiana branch on Saturday, February 21st. We arrived shortly before 11:00 a.m. to exchange U.S. dollars for euros for a group of 20 students. Knowing the bank closed at 12:00 p.m., we were mindful of the time. However, the young lady who assisted us was incredibly kind, polite, and thorough throughout the entire process. She willingly completed 20 separate transactions so that I would not have to divide the funds later, which was extremely helpful. Even though the process extended past closing time and we did not finish until approximately 12:45 p.m., she remained professional, patient, and gracious. Her willingness to go above and beyond did not go

This has been my bank for several years. Amy Fitzpatrick is a manager and is always kind compassionate and helpful. I had a horrible experience with scammers and Amy talked me down from the ledge and helped me take care of my accounts. Every time I go into this branch I am treated with respect and kindness. I cannot recommend this branch enough. If you’re a customer at another bank you need to go to Fifth Third Grantline Road New Albany, Indiana for the best banking experience in Southern Indiana.

Worst experience with any bank I’ve encountered. I put 500 cash in the atm and for whatever reason it didn’t get put into my account when I got the receipt so I went inside to get help. The red head lady behind the counter did not try to help. She completely dismissed me and told me to contact the dispute department and had zero answers for me other than she has absolutely NOTHING she can do. Disrespectful and rude. I will be switching to a new more friendly helpful bank. Also it’s not professional when your tellers are sitting behind the counter eating when there is customers inside needing help!

The bank placed an extended holds on a check without following numerous Reg CC hold guidelines. Customer service was grossly lacking on the part of the branch manager. After listening to a placating explanation, thebranch manager gave me her business card with the customer service center phone number written on it as a means of remedying the problem. Her actions were completely unprofessional. I made a special trip to the branch after repeated calls had me swirling within the voicemail and prompt system. Instead of taking action, the manager thought it would serve her best to simply hand me a business card so that I could then call the bank that I was already sitting at. Poor poor client service. I was told By the customer service center the Reg CC hold notice was in my online banking mess

We moved to New Albany in February and were happy to find out we had a Fifth Third in walking distance to our apartments. We loved our Fifth Third branch in Morganfield, KY and this one in New Albany is just as good. I usually do all my banking online, but decided to go in because my replacement card had been lost in the mail. They were very kind and accommodating. Got me my replacement card within 3 days. Hoping to work with them in our efforts to buy a house in a year or so.
