Fifth Avenue Apartments

Me and my roommate moved in here out of all the places that we looked at because we were told by baylee (the lady that gave us the tour) that the water/sewage bill would be capped at 30 dollars for us each making the bill no more than 60 dollars total. We’ve lived here for 6 months and always had the same total for rent & water. This month the water went up by 25 dollars each so 50 dollars total. Thinking it was a mistake, we reached out to them by email, voice messaging & texting but got no responses. They did charge us a late fee of 100 dollars though. Finally the property manager emailed my roommate back in a rude and unprofessional way. I still haven’t received an email. We are being told now that Baylee misspoke & the water is actually capped at 60 dollars each for 120 dollars total.

Management is horrible! Does not fix issues with the apartment and I've had many! Move somewhere else.
