I think this apartment is perfect for someone who is just getting started with living alone or someone whose looking for a place that allows them to be more social. Ms. Amber Bohanon was an amazing leasing agent, and her tour convinced me to sign a lease same day! I find the staff and amenities to be great. Overall I think its a great place to live and very secure if safety is a concern of yours. The leasing office also host multiple social events which makes its really enjoyable to live here.

I've lived in Fielder for almost a year. I had a wonderful bright apartment on the 3rd floor, the windows faced the South street. The apartment has a nice kitchen and a large bathroom. Excellent administration. They always solved problems quickly if something broke in the apartment. Also, they arrange parties in the guest room on holidays and makes small gifts for St. Valentine's Day or St. Patrick's Day. I met only friendly and respectable people among my neighbors. There is a small fitness room, but there are enough exercise machines and it is usually not crowded, so you can find time to work out alone. Another nice little bonus is a coffee machine with free coffee in the guest room. There is also a swimming pool and in the summer time it is a real escape from the Memphis heat. The firew
