had such a great experience today visiting the condo. Rose was amazing with my wife and me. She showed us several units, answered all our questions, and was super friendly the whole time. The condo is perfect, exactly what we were looking for, and thanks to her, the whole process was so easy and enjoyable. Honestly, I’m seriously thinking about moving in. If you’re coming to check out apartments, ask for Rose — she makes sure everything goes smoothly and makes you feel comfortable from the start. You can really tell she cares about her job and helping people!

I am so very happy here!! Rosie was amazing getting me here. So helpful and so kind. I can’t say enough positive things on your office staff and Rosie. My apartment is ideal… perfect for me. The grounds are beautiful. Maintenance very helpful and informative. I’m very thankful to be living here!!

I absolutely love my apartment! Tempest was hands down the best! The grounds are beautiful. I love the amenities. It is a quiet place and safe!

This place has potential, but it’s overpriced and far from “luxury living.” Management allows in-unit smoking, which makes the entire building and even your belongings reek, yet it’s not clearly disclosed or advertised upfront. If that’s something they permit, they should be transparent and market themselves as a smoke-friendly complex and not “modern luxury living”. There have also been multiple car break-ins and even vehicle thefts in the parking lot, with no communication or alerts from management. Rent also jumps significantly at renewal, so if you plan to stay longer than a year, be prepared for a $100–$300 increase.

Loved the apartment tour, really liked all the amenities & the 1-bedrooms are very spacious. The Elm is my favorite unit. Tempest was very helpful with giving information.
