FBM Properties

This management company cares nothing about the neighborhoods surrounding their business. We residents have been struggling with an unnecessary noise issue at one of their properties. FBM Management Jim and Steve Fox refuse to take or return my phone calls. The receptionist simply tells me "no", "too bad", "get a fan", and "you lose" before hanging up. I have tried to speak to the worker running the loud machinery and instead of speaking to me, he immediately calls the police telling them lies about my behavior. Today I was told that if I return to the property, I will be arrested. How hard is it to believe a business would act this way to neighbors on their street?! More shocking than the excessive daily noise is this refusal of the Fox family to even consider the feelings of the resid

I recently worked with Steve, Fred and Kim on a project at their Bardstown Road location. It has been a pleasure working with them. They are friendly, down to earth, and professional.

I have been in this building for a very long time, I think since 1980 and we have had many different building managers. Mr. Fox has been here for a while now and he is by far the best owner that I have ever had, he is such a great guy and I really have a lot of respect for him and his staff.
