Farm Credit of Southern Colorado - Colorado Springs Lending Office

We were in the process of buying land and these people backed out the week of closing. We had a situation where we had to take one of my parents off the loan and have it just be me and my husband. The lender only applied for my husband (didn't even call him to confirm, just did it) and he got denied but she wouldn't say why.. she also stopped responding to emails and calls. Marti Greeley is absolutely horrible at communicating anything from big to small. She only ever responded once to our emails when we asked her to get our loan resolved and she says that she is out of office until Monday. Then not a word come Monday. Unfortunately, I know now that it is because they backed out. Even our first interaction with her was questionable. The loan was supposed to have my step dad and my husband.

I have been dealing with Farm Credit of Southern Colorado for about four years. I can't say enough about how responsive they are when we need their attention or need help with something urgent. In our business, availability is #1. The staff is of the highest quality in every department, we can always count on them to be there!
