My wife and I have been with this amazing property management team for a little over a year, and we have nothing but great things to say! They went above and beyond to help us through an early lease termination and made our transition into a larger home especially while expecting a smooth and stress-free experience. Their communication, professionalism, and support truly stood out throughout the entire process. We’re so thankful we chose them when we were renting our first home. Their floor plans are beautiful, and the properties are well-maintained. If you’re second-guessing yourself about going with them, let this be your sign you won’t regret it!

3 years ago, we were looking for a property management firm to handle our rental property. After an extensive research and some phone calls we hired Family Owned Property Management. Having this wonderful company taking care of our property, as well as, our tenants gives us peace of mind. This awesome team handle everything for us and keep us posted of any repair, in order to keep our investment in good shape. I’ve been renting from FOPM for over a year and they have been amazing. I have rented for the past 6 years and this management team exceeds all expectation. The house I moved into was beautifully kept and well maintained. You can tell they care deeply about each property and do not just do the typical landlord special. Whenever we had maintenance issues, we had the problem fixed and a maintenance team at the house within the same day no matter the time. Along with that, if I had any other issues or questions they are always very quick to respond. I’m so thankful for their kindness and if I ever move back to Charleston they will be my first call.

Jason is the man. I own Southern Roofing and have connected with Jason. He has a really amazing story and is one of those people you can tell runs a strong business, great communication, effective decision making, and always puts the customer first. This experience was extremely disappointing and honestly heartbreaking, especially because it happened during the holidays. This review is not about the condition of the homes they appear to be in great condition but about the lack of communication and professionalism throughout the application process. I am a teacher, and during winter break there was no one physically in the office to verify employment. I made management aware of this ahead of time and told them on Monday that my employer would be responding, which she did. My employer sent an email that same morning, provided our company website, and gave clear directions and a verification code so they could confirm my employment. Despite this, I was later told my application was declined due to employment verification. At no point
