Falls Park Apartments

Had a showing at 11:00 arrived at 11:08 was told she had another showing in 5 mins. Just wondering how she was gonna show an apartment in under 5 mins, from her office to the apartment. She stated she had eviction court, but she honestly shouldn't be scheduling showings 10 mins from each other knowing she's got other ish to do. Poor customer service. Would not recommend. We had this appointment for over 2 weeks and this is unexceptable. 1 star.

I lived there for 10 years and honestly I loved it it's perfect for single mothers the only thing bad was The kids were never watched by their parents so they ran amok cost problems through rocks and broke windows at the cops even told me one time when I was reporting that I should just move because they're always out there with reports but I stayed and I miss my place there, but the trick is with those naughty kids is you have to bribe them to be good and protecting your kids from bully's I would bribe them with cupcakes and home cooked meals it works like a charm

Falls Park Apartments have upgraded a lot of things. They are under new management as well. They are friendly and make the application process smooth.

It has a basketball court and a big field and a park and the inside of the apartments are nice even the outside

The new property management company has done an amazing job at getting repairs done!
