Fairfield Village Apartments

This is low income housing. I must say when you drive through you would never know that it is. The property manager does a great job at keeping good people in these apartments. She maintains the complex very well. I have been here almost two years, and I feel very comfortable being able to recommend this place to anyone that is in need of low income housing that wants a safe neighborhood for their kids. I have children myself, and they love it here. There is a nice playground in the middle of the complex where they play daily with the other children. Everyone is very respectful as well. For what this place is, and compared to many that I have seen before coming here, I feel truly blessed that it exists!

Management is strict! You aren't allowed to have many visitors from what I see. The place is very clean and nice. I knew someone who lived there for a short time and were evicted. I would love to get a place there if they had a 3 bedroom. It's close to the school and in a great location in general!

I go there to see my auntie and I must say the place is very well kept and tended to! Has a great staff and is a very structured type of neighborhood.The parks clean too, additionally the neighbors are very friendly lol.

Appears to be a very well maintained property. Front office & maintenance very helpful to the elderly. Overall great experience
