Purchased our new built home and issue after issue we have been having. Their warranty 2-10 is a joke as this is where you are to submit an issue when service is needed. Every time we place a service call with their warranty company they never show up and after weeks and sometimes months waiting it then would say complete but yet no one ever showed up. We will make the best with our house but cannot recommend this builder as the quality and build is mediocre at best.

Worst experience ever. From roof leaks, downstairs hvac unit was faulty from day one, squeaky floors because they didn't glue down plywood ( even though they lied and said they did), flooded backyard because they didn't grade the yard correctly, kitchen drawer faces that fall off, on and on and on. If you are thinking about using Faircloth homes.......RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!!!

Attention all those who would purchase a home from Faircloth Homes of Savannah. Buyer beware! They placed a bucket from a back hoe on our property in the Covered Bridge subdivision and have ignored our request to move it even though we have a sign that clearly states Private Property no trespassing. They have also destroyed our property by continually trespassing on it. And to add insult to injury they have installed part of a sprinkler system well on our side of the property line

The home is OK. His business ethics are sour enough to buy here only if you have no other options, and are on a tight schedule. Refuse to pay HOA fees beyond a reasonable projected turnover date if he is still acting as the HOA. The contract says he will assume the HOA until the neighborhood is x% sold: require a date too. It’s been years, the final couple of homes are not being built, so he holds the HOA, keeps the fees, and cuts a couple of lawns. No transparency regarding expenses.

One star is being generous. The homes are built with little to no care. Projects are left undone or half done. Good luck getting warranty to follow up on claims that should have been addressed to begin with. Blue tape means nothing because they’ll just leave the tape there and not finish the project.
