Amazing renting experience with Kristalynn H., Scott and Andrea! Kristalynn is incredibly helpful and professional. She goes above and beyond whenever I have any issues. Kristalynn H. Was really one of the best things about Berkshire. I would rent with them forever and buy with them if I was able to work with her. Every issue she was on top of and replied within a reasonable time, even if it was unable to be resolved she kept communication open so that we were not left in the dark. Scott was also great to work with and as real as they come. He is a gem. Andrea was really helpful as well whenever I worked with her but most of my communication was always with Kristalynn and considering how wonderful she is to work with I can understand why she was always the first point of contact. Very happy with my time renting from Berkshire and would do so again based off of Kristalynn alone.
