This my second time working with Extreme Realty over the last 4 years. I've secured two apartments with one, ironically the first time I rented i was a cash paying tenant, and now i was able to get an apartment with them using my program. It's a very small office so I just recommend having patience but I'm so glad they were able to help me both times.

GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO GIVE AWAY FREE MONEY. This place is beyond unprofessional, they steal your deposits on apartments with no intention of returning them -breaching contract. They were once prompt, and cooperative until I requested my deposit back and then it's crickets, dodging calls, etc. It's been a month and NOTHING. Save your money and go where they can actually help you!

When it comes to professionalism this company completely at the bottom. Lies upon lies. Let’s begin them still not returning my $1000.00 deposit fee, communication is absolutely at a minimum and now the wife “was in an accident” are u kidding me. Just give back the money the same way it was paid without any questions ask. If I could I would give ZERO STARS.

EXTREMELY unprofessional. Taking $1000 deposits from working people & not returning the payment as agreed upon! It’s been weeks & they give excuses & ignore communication instead of sending the money back! DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE! Fred & Marcia Campbell!

Finding an apartment using a voucher seemed to be an endless hunt with many realtors refusing to help, until I came across Marcia. My process finding and obtaining an apartment has been very smooth and headache free. Communication during this process has also amazing. I would definitely recommend using her to assist in your journey.
