Lumi and Steve are the best!!! Sold and found me a new home!! Do not listen to Aimee Martinez who posted a horrible review a month ago on this site. Her and her husband Muhammad made and offer on my home and I accepted their offer than they got upset after they wanted me to reduce the price for work they wanted to do after seeing inspection report. At that time while they were going back and forth and holding out in signing the contract another person came in. Offered almost $40,000 more. It was a no brainer I went with that offer. So what Aimee than did was call DOB and filed complaints on the home and started writing bad reviews all over exit realty’s social media. Exit had been great.
