I had such a HORRIBLE experience with Co-listing agent Paul Magyar from EXIT realty. I was interested in purchasing a condominium at Melrose Court when I had my first encounter with him. When I went to view the property Paul would not answer none of my questions and he minimized the concerns and questions I had regarding the conditions of the property. Paul was very dismissive throughout the entire viewing. I had such an unpleasant experience with him. All Paul did was yell during our discussion we had after the viewing and NOTHING with the purchase was accomplished.
