Natalie Marks was my listing agent for a home I've owned for 20+ years. The house was under contract within a week. Natalie is professional, knowledgeable and efficient. She made the entire process, through closing, easy. I could not have asked for a better partnership.

Once again agents try to bully Pre-Approved potential buyers into signing unnecessary contracts when simply viewing homes. I called the listing agent of a property to see a home. I stated I would like to view the property as a Pre-Approved buyer with her. She stated she represents the seller. I stated I am well aware of that. I stated I would sign a non-representative agreement with a consumer notice to view the property and emailed my Pre-approval from Wells Fargo. She stated I legally NEEDED to sign a Buyers Agent agreement with an agent to view the property. Unless the seller made this stipulation, they should be showing house to all serious pre-approved potential buyers .This is unethical and agents should not be engaging in these practices.
