Amanda helped my daughter and I sell our home. She was an excellent realtor. She explained the whole process at our initial meeting. She helped us to stage the home and clean it out. She was always available for questions that came up. Our home sold quickly, with multiple offers and over asking. We highly recommend Amanda Bishop to all of our friends and family.

At the time, I was paying not only the expenses of my house but also paying the costs involved with my new residence so the quick sale has saved me thousands of dollars. Amanda is absolutely amazing! She went the extra mile to have a lien that was recorded an error with the county completely removed. The lien was placed by a bank no longer in business and just amazed how she was about to over come the objections! She does not take no for an answer and you want her on your team! She really fights for her customers and would recommend her to anyone!

From day one she was very much on top of things. She was not at all a pushy sales person. When I expressed an interest she showed up with a folder and laid out many comps in the area presenting a whole timelines as to how things usually go when getting a property ready to be sold. She explained everything so that I could clearly understand. Amanda explained that she offers a home warranty which I believe makes the buyers more at ease.
