Evergreen Park Apartments

Been living here for 3 years almost and I can say lately it’s been getting so much better with our new office management and our Maitnence. David is wonderful! and gets our Maitnence issues taken care of immediately within a day or 2 and makenzi our office management is quick with responses to any questions in text and email. During the holidays I needed a new oven and I was worried it would take weeks but it didn’t and I got my oven within a week and a half! And that is very quick.

This apartment complex is so terrible, they pulled a bait and switch on us like the scam artists they are. Emily Lantz, the property manager, has all the qualities of a terrible property manager and I get the sense her boss is the same way. She is incredibly difficult to get a hold of, one of the main responsibilities of a property manager. She is rude, short with you, lies, doesn’t take any pride in her work and is never around. Due to covid they weren’t offering in person tours, instead they sent a link to a 3D tour of what we thought was the exact apartment we would be moving into, excluding cabinet color. Much to our surprise, when we showed up, the apartment looked nothing like the one we were previously promised. None of the appliances were the same, THERE WAS MOLD ON EVERY WINDOW a

Quiet, mostly. Pets ok but cost monthly unless you have a dr note. Office is in Seattle, onsite is closed.

Been doing the hotel thing for 7 years so this is the first place that gave me a chance and I'm greatful for that.
