Estates at Bellwood Apartment Homes

My porch has flooded for 16 months every time it rains. The bedroom started flooding a couple of months ago. I was offered 500 off of my rent as a result of the inconvenience. I called the office after seeing the rent hadn’t been discounted and the property manager wasn’t sure who I was- Needless to say they didn’t do anything to compensate the increase in my electric bill due to the cost of running fans and a dehumidifier for over two weeks!! Please see the pictures below. This is the solution for the flooding. It’s almost like they don’t care that people live here. Stay away from here- This is the same place that acted like I had a problem not wanting to live with roaches when I first moved in!! Absolutely horrendous!!

We had no issue with the parking the moving company All My Sons was able to park and unload all our furniture in a timely manner. All the neighbors just drove around thank you neighbors for being so kind and understanding. The tranquil out here so peaceful that alone for our family is a beautiful blessing.

Our experience has been mostly positive. The apartment is spacious and is well maintained by the staff. The staff is always pleasant and treats you like a VIP. The grounds are meticulously maintained. All requests for maintenance problems are answered within hours of the request. We plan on staying here so long as we can afford to do so.

The Estates at Bellwood is absolutely amazing and Angel and her staff do an exceptional job keeping the place well maintained and safe. I’m so impressed with the customer service I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else to live. Angel has gone above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and at home and I’m so grateful to be living here and call it home. Angel thank you for making me feel comfortable and safe. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very great staff. They handle everything from maintenance issues to issues with your neighbors and they kids with the upmost respect. People need to realize them at rules are the same and should be followed by all tenants at all times. I’m enjoying my stay here.
