Esperanza Village Apartments

I've lived at Esperanza Village for a little over 6 years. During this time, I've seen office and maintenance staff come and go but I must say that Fanny has been a joy to work with. She's always polite, friendly and very helpful. Anytime that I've had questions or concerns, she has addressed them immediately. She takes the time to learn tenant's names and living situations which makes me feel like we are part of a community and not just "living here". She's always gone above and beyond to ensure things are running smoothly. I've even seen her picking up trash to keep things looking neat. Our maintenance manager, Luis, has also been very responsive to situations that have happened in my apartment. He's very respectful to not only tenant needs, but also to the belongings in the apar

This apartment complex does not deserve a single star, they are really terrible. You go to request maintenance and they will never solve the problem. You have to go after them so that they will deign to assist you and, in general, they always ignore the requests. Describing all the inconveniences would never end. In short, it is terrible, from the administration to the maintenance and the price, not to mention super expensive.

I've been living here almost for a year. when I moved in, It was reasonable price even though there was issues time to time. but after they changed the owner the rent price is jacked up I see that they tried to fix the window and carpet. but for them to raise the rent almost over hundred dollar is insane especially not even remodeling one so I am consider to move out. hope they can boom the business well.

The apartments are fairly nice for the price, key entry to the hallway, hallways are kept clean. Laundry room is clean with a soda machine, and the laundry units fit a decent amount of clothing and work very well with text alerts. Office members are friendly and willing to help.

Another terrible experience with Elizabeth who works in the office. She is very rude and arrogant. She is not very intelligent and I'm not trying to insult her, Im being honest when I say she seems to be clueless on how to manage apartments. We have had a really hard time the past few months. There hasn't been much work for my husband. We had 2 deaths in the family in the last month. We have fallen behind on rent. I sent my son to pay as much as we can at the moment and will have the remainder within the week. She laughed aty son because he did not have the full amount. And proceeded to tell him we are getting evicted. I have not seen any paperwork or heard anything from anybody. We are fully prepared to pay the late fees that come with being late on rent.
