He also appeared to be very well connected to essential personnel required to prepare our home for sale in a timely manner. He answered all our questions. I would not hesitate to use him again for selling my next home.

Ryan was my realitor and he helped my process go very smoothly. I was able to get into a new home so I could sell my old home. This took alot of stress of my shoulders. He worked quickly and efficiently at helping me with some repairs to sell my old property and we were able to sell my home at top dollar, and i didnt have to pay for anything until closing. Which helped me relax a little because i didnt have to wonder how i was going to afford this transition. I never thought I could get all this done so quickly. He's very attentive and was there whenever I contacted him and got back to me right away. It's far and few in between to get a realtor like this.
