Engage Management

I live at Glenrock, one of engages properties, and I've had nothing but pleasantries. I've had people in and out of my lease and through it all, the management has kept it professional and offered as much help as possible. I'm thankful for the team associated with Glenrock but it all stems from the top with engage management.

The property management group has been amazing! They are always quick to come for repairs and issues! Their office is organized and promptly informs residents of any changes or news about the facility!

I absolutely love living here. I just completed my 4th year here and it has all the amenities I need and is in an excellent location. I’ve made friends with neighbors (and their pets) too. Terry in the front office provides amazing service. I highly recommend living here.

I have lived in engage management properties for 3 years now, maintenance always has stuff fixed quickly.

I am a current resident of one of their locations and received a non-renewal notice yesterday, stating that I must vacate by July 30th. I want to make it clear that I have no lease violations, no unauthorized guests, and no unauthorized pets. The only issue I’ve had was occasionally being behind due to difficult times—but I was always proactive, communicated clearly with the office, and paid within the notice period each time. When I inquired about the reason for the non-renewal, I was told there would be no discussion or explanation. I also asked if there was a corporate office I could escalate to, and was told there is none. As someone who previously worked in property management, I find this not only unprofessional, but unacceptable—especially when the tenant in question has no docume
