Faulkner County Title

Everything was great pre-closing through the actual closing. Then about 24 hrs after closing I got a call that they messed up the names on my documents and I would have to come resign as soon as possible. This is now multiple times I’ve heard that they have messed up closing documents for a number of people. Do better.

The staff at Faulkner County Title are very efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. They take care of their customers and go above and beyond to provide amazing service while making sure the deal is closed promptly and seamlessly. I highly recommend their services for all your title needs!

They totally missed the covenants and restrictions on our home and failed to disclose them in the sale. They also failed to compare the survey and property description to the plot chart. The hole experience has been a mess. I do not recommend ever using them. You should know exactly who I am I have called several times to complain. I am coming by later this week to pick up some paperwork that should get my lot discrption fixed. I closed in Feb of 2022. I have a copy if the covnets and restrictions and I had to send it to your office because you couldn't read them. I guess that is why they were not disclosed. If we ousl have know they existed we wouldn't have signed the paperwork to purchase the home. I have talked to your office and they informed me you guys miss these covnets all time cr
