An Unforgettable Living Experience at Encore Apartments! I will miss living here a lot! Living at Encore in the heart of the Mill District was truly a dream come true. My 1-bedroom unit had a spectacular skyline view that never got old, and the location couldn’t be more perfect right next to the Guthrie Theatre, Stone Arch Bridge, the farmers market, and directly across from the beautiful Gold Medal Park. It is great to know that it was originally built as condominiums, which makes the noise level within the unit mute/zero! Encore offers top-tier finishes and exceptional amenities. I especially loved the private rooftop party room with breathtaking views of the Mississippi River and downtown Minneapolis. The luxury gym and spa were also standout features, and the Whirlpool stainless steel

Highly recommend Encore if you're looking for an apartment home downtown Minneapolis. Abby and Ben has been Fantastic from the day1. Super helpful and great to see on a daily basis. We've had a very pleasant experience living here!

You probably can't afford to live here, but it's a great choice if you can. If you are lucky enough to be able to get on the roof on the right day, you can watch the fireworks (but you need a key card to get up there)! They even serve hot drinks in the lobby!

Beautiful boutique style building with high end finishes. Located in the Downtown East neighborhood, which is quickly becoming Minneapolis' hottest downtown neighborhood. Gorgeous views of the Mississippi River, Stone Arch Bridge and Gold Medal Park. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and a brand new Trader Joe's 1 block away! Convenient access to 35 W and 94.

The review about them looking down on you if you’re a minority is correct. My experience was disturbing. 1- never have I been asked for an id to visit an apartment. No email or exchange with Ben the sales guy was I asked to bring one. Yet she refused to let me see an appt until she can keep it. She finally decided to keep my phone and car keys in their office for « security purposes » 2- She didn’t give me a tour. brought me straight to the apartment, stayed by the entrance , didn’t try one bit to «  sell » or share any « highlight » . After I walked around by myself for a bit, she interrupted my visit with a «  well that’s it ». When I’ve questioned her and ask if we wouldn’t visit any of the amenities, she asked «  oh you want to see the amenities too? » I felt like she was more bothered
