Encore 4505 at Town Center Apartments

What a ‘luxury’ experience…. I’ve lived in apartments over the last 12 years while in undergrad, graduate school, and now working as a professional. I’ve lived at Encore for 3 years, and I can say this is the worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. Are you cool with cockroaches 🪳 in your apartment? See photo 1. Usually I get about 3-4 each year between the months of March - August. What about Fire alarms going off? See photo 2. What if I told you these go off all the time at night? I’d say atleast 30-40 times this year and that’s when I’ve been in the apartment! Imagine how many times this has gone off when I haven’t been here. Today August 1st 2025, it’s gone off 4 times since 330 am. Management floods our inbox with apologies, but nothing is done. There is no monetary compensation

I am writing this review to let you know of the great service provided by Mr. Mike. He took care of the service problem when the refrigerator stopped working. We contacted the emergency line, as it was on a weekend when this happened. He was at my door the very next day with a loaner fridge. He let me know that the loaner was clean and in perfect working order. He then assured me that he would order me a new one the next working day. Which he did, it took longer for it to come in than he said it would, but he kept me informed the whole time. About a month ago I was having problems with the bath room sink not draining and the water pressure and heat was low. Again I called the service line and Mike was there in no time. I really love the location being right in the middle of Town Center is so convenient. The area is great, and the apartments themselves are quiet for the most part. The staff has always provided excellent customer service, which I really appreciate. That said, there are some issues that have become hard to ignore: Hallway cleanliness: When I first moved in, I would see staff cleaning the hallways daily. Lately, I rarely see anyone cleaning, and debris, dead bugs, and trash often stay in the same spots all day. The carpets also smell strongly of dog urine and seem overdue for a deep cleaning. Valet trash: There’s often trash sitting in the hallways. It’s unclear if this is due to residents putting it out late or valet staff not picking it up promptly. The leasing process and finding a new home can be one of the most stressful times in an adults life. But thankfully Lisa and the team at Encore made the experience simple and put us at ease. Highly recommend! Loved their attentiveness during this process, love the neighborhood, and love our new home!
