Found a house they have for rent in Chesapeake, went through filling out appointment requests twice and call his number, no answer, left voicemail but no return call. Called the company headquarters and it says I can’t call that phone. Guess they don’t want my business

I worked with Mark Allen and he was completely amazing with finding and closing on my first home. However I will NEVER recommend the painter / cleaner he had referred to me to complete finishing touches on my new home. They are completely unprofessional and rude. They make appointments they never intend to keep and then threatened to charge me extra, after they had already been paid in full for their services, because I required them to come back and touch up the poor quality work that they had given. I have never been so disrespected and I am astounded at such unprofessional behavior.

Be aware and leary of this so called real estate company. They put us under contract on a home that they SHOULD have known was not an option for us to purchase at the time. It was our lender who discovered this just 2 days before closing. There was a private meeting between us (the buyers), Shawnda (Encompass) and Leila (the sellers agent) in which it was disclosed to us that because both agents failed to put a legal contract in place, and we had already invested so much time and money into purchasing this specific property, that we had the option to purchase the property directly from the seller, and it would not be a breech of contract because we were cutting out all agents. Well, we took their advice, purchased the property directly from the seller, and Encompass Real Estate sued us

I think it is very important as an agent to respond to such negative reviews from clients such as Tevin Moore. I was Tevin's realtor I represented him as the buyer of 100+ year old home. He had a home inspection and had the inspector back out for the final walk through for the home. Encompass was not the contractor who flipped the home. 3 months or more after purchas he and his girlfriend called me directly cussing and yelling about the home. I ask if he got the home warranty which I suggested due to the age of the home, he and his girlfriend proceeded to tell me that they should not have a warranty for something they just purchased. I explained again why it was important and I ask that they reach out to the inspector if they had questions about their home inspection. Mr. Moore hung up and
