Jason was very helpful and knowable. He answered all of our questions and even asked us if we had any questions before he started. At the end he went over important information and the report was provided the report quickly. I would defiantly use him again.

Jason performed the best home inspection we have ever seen. He inspected a 10 acre property with three different structures and he left no stone unturned. He opened every single electrical panel and tested every system throughout the entire property. He knows electrical code Inside and out and understood how every system on the entire property is supposed to work and documented the age of every system. He took temperature readings off of all air conditioning and heating diffusers to make sure systems were functioning properly. He went into every cubbyhole accessible, including the attic, the crawlspace, storage areas, etc. He provided photos of every discrepancy along with recommended corrective actions and his report included local licensed contractors that can fix the problems. I had a home inspection done by this company in early December of 2025. I understand that home inspectors aren't specialists in every aspect of your home, but for the price you pay, you expect them not to miss a lot of items. After closing on the house in January and moving in last month, we've come to find many items that he missed on his inspection. The downstairs toilet was loose and not level, leading to wax ring failure which I had to fix. The refrigerator was full of mold(he checked all appliances) which I had to get replaced. He missed the burned outlet behind the fridge. He went up into the attic but missed leaks in the roof which were found by a reputable roofing company during their estimate. I'm disappointed in how much was missed considering how highly rated this company is.
