Encantado apartments

I’ve lived here for almost nine years, and it’s been a consistently positive experience. The complex is well-maintained and pests (outdoor) are managed through regular Orkin visits. If an in-home treatment is ever needed, they’re quick to schedule it. Communication with the property manager has always been excellent—I usually receive a response almost instantly. Maintenance is equally reliable, which is rare to find in apartment living. While there are occasional rent increases, they remain reasonable, and it’s clear the money goes toward meaningful improvements throughout the complex. The apartments themselves are modern and practical, featuring neutral walls, hard flooring, an AC mini-split, in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, and ceiling fan. Been here for a year. Never had any problems. Unit looks great on the inside, clean new carpet and paint, very nice kitchen and bathroom with granite tops and nice cabinets. Maybe bedroom a little small? But for 1250 a month, more then I can ask for. Washer and dryer inside is such a plus and the wall A/C works amazing and keeps the common room cool. Ceiling fans in the bedroom with multiple setting remote control has been a blessing. Only wish there was a linen closet for towels and blankets. I work in coronado and with no traffic I get there in 15 min. Owners are pleasant. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a small, cozy and pleasant place to live, without having to spend an arm and a leg.
