Empire Title at 5555 Tech Center Dr. Suite 100, has been my go-to title company for the last 20 plus years. From the first impression as you walk into the office, the atmosphere is positive, professional and inviting. The front desk greeter has always been on point with costumer service and making clients feel comfortable. Their leadership amongst the company has always been top-notch during any transaction and their ability to prepare what’s needed has always been quick, efficient, and detail oriented. They do a great job ordering and preparing all documents needed for any situation that arises during a transaction and each transaction is handled with priority in mind. The free coffee was a nice bonus, too (although can you really say “free” when you have to pay them $2,000 to do the paperwork on your sold home?). The process was painless and they weren’t pushy when we wanted to read the documents or asked questions. It’s probably just about anything you could’ve wanted from this kind of service. I can’t say we’ll use them again since we’re moving away from Colorado Springs but we definitely would if the opportunity presented itself. They were great and the experience was equally enjoyable.
