This property is advertised as luxury, but my experience… far from it. For the first few months of moving in, I dealt with a roach infestation that lasted about four months. They were even throughout the hallways. Management referred to them as “water bugs,” but regardless of the label, it is HIGHLY unacceptable. There’s also ongoing issues with mice around the buildings and in the garage. The garage doors are frequently broken, so much for “secured parking”, the call boxes for guest access are only for certain buildings and are useless because they’re never working, and guests are charged excessive parking fees. For guest to park inside the garage, it’s $20 per day or $4 per hour, there’s street parking available but it’s limited. Renewal pricing was the final straw for me. After a ful

Shoutout to the maintenance team!!! In the middle of the snow storm, they were outside snowblowing and shoveling the sidewalks. This morning, the sidewalks directly around our complex were clear of snow and ice -- and as someone with a dog that absolutely hates the snow, it's been so nice to be able to take him out for short walks without having to deal with the mess. For comparison, the other sidewalks in the area were still completely covered with snow and ice (as of this AM), so it really does make a difference that the team cleared our sidewalks as quickly as they did!! Thanks so much guys! Keep up the good work 😊

I have had several ongoing issues that have made the living experience here very unpleasant, to the point where I would not recommend living in this community. There are frequently individuals smoking weed in the hallways and stairwells, and the smell travels throughout the common areas. On top of that, broken glass bottles are often left in front of the garage doors and in shared spaces where residents and pets walk, creating both a safety hazard and a sanitation concern. I have brought this to management attention with no response. Additionally, my water bill continues to be extremely high—approximately $200 per month—while a friend of mine living across the hall pays around $30 total. I previously raised this issue and was told maintenance would check the meter, but no one ever came.

My experience at Emerson has been great. The Leasing agents are very helpful and kind and do their best. I have noticed the changes around Emerson for example the beautiful new landscaping around the building, hiring great pool staff, and new cleaners. I believe Emerson is trying hard to stay clean and modernized but it is hard to see the vision when you are part of the problem I see a lot of bad reviews about Emerson but the residence are the biggest problem honestly. Not everyone but there is a lot of people who are not considerate at all. I've seen it all when it comes to the residence here from people not taking their dogs to the dog park and letting their dogs use the bathroom in the garage, leaving trash out before 6pm( which contributes to the pest btw), breaking doors to get in th

I have lived here for 2 months and this is my list of issues thus far: FOB issues 1)Broken stove in less than a month of moving in it took them 2 weeks to replace + I was charge $250 for the matter. 2)Washer and Dryer not working all specially. The dryer is a joke. I had to dry my clothes for 4hrs still wasn’t able to make it work. Open countless of tickets about it nothing has been done. I asked for replacement nothing. I asked to buy my own equipments they rejected the idea. This is causing me to have a $450 electric bill every months and mind you I leave in a 3beds 2 baths apartment. 3) My heater must be set up at 80 for me to feel it in the apartment. 4) water linkage through the rough into the apartment. It has been a month now. Nothing has been done.
