Emerick Manor Apartments

I moved in March of 2020 initially there was no issues but by April I had issues with my shower then around may my patio blinds fell off.. by June my dishwasher had broken and my kitchen sink was throwing up dirty water.. then in July I began to be infested with fruit flies from the still water in the dishwasher . I've but in 5 work orders for the dishwasher 10 in total over all and all I've got is a water drain from the dishwasher and the knobs on my bathroom tub tighter than there were before. For what I pay for this unit..I would expect to get better service. More than likely I won't be renewing my lease I'm guessing roaches will be here in the winter seeing as no one comes to clean up the trash around the dumpster ..SO UNCOMFORTABLE!!!!

I will not be renewing my lease. Old lady with glasses in leasing office rude and very unprofessional. The creepy white guy who walks around mopping stalks people. Maintenance is terrible and they never answer the phone. If I could give a negative star I would. The reviews are TRUE. I will be telling everyone I know how disgusting they are. WORSE PLACE EVER

If I can give there management a negative I will. I live at Emerick manor and the staff is extremely unprofessionally I have never experience rude leasing agents In my life. Today I came into the office and got ignored and the door slam in my face, by dewight(spelling) when trying to get help, and when I tried to make a complaint the lady stare in my face and said nothing. I’m suppose to renew my lease and now after my experience Im thinking twice. Run run far far away

If i could give a negative i would..i lived in the highlandwood part. living here was a waste of time.. property always dirty, took the whole summer to fix our ac, dishwasher, and outlets throughout the apartment. Call for manager and never in his office and never get a call back. Please do not waste money or time...

Do yourself a favor and stay away. They may be cheap but theres clearly a reason for that. Any problems I had were handled like they couldnt care less and most went either unresolved or I had to threaten to not pay rent to get action.
