Say there gonna have apartments available then lie and say they have to wait for them to get fixed after you already put money down. They’ll send out fake move in dates. They act like they don’t know anything and very unaware of what’s going on with your apartment. If I could rate 0 stars I would I am highly disappointed and unsatisfied. Moved there after moving back home from out of state the worse thing I could have done which lead me to move out after 2 1/2 years. The new people that took office like the end of 2024 was ridiculous. The property manager came in changing things for her own benefit because she didn't like dealing with people ( wrong profession for her ) let a long she never made herself available for the tenants there in the complex. The building I lived in never had garbage, mattress and boxsprings , old water units, toys , boxes, plastic milk jugs, plant stand and lamps in the laundry room. When told about the problem it was said it would be taking care of and never did when she said it but a month later. I've been talking to maintenance for months about the leak in my apartment, but they continue to do nothing. There is a leak from the ceiling in the bathroom, the water even runs down into the paint and makes it bubble. Have to keep a bucket in the bathroom because of the constant drip. There are also outside cracks in the building, when it rains the water leaks into my children's room as if it's outside. It also leaks behind the paint and bubbles it up. Definately a hazard, will not be renewing my lease.

This place is horrible. The new mgt staff is pathetic. They won't answer phones. No matter how often you call for service. There is no such thing as emergency service, they still won't come. Garbage disposal from lower floor back spewing decayed food, filth, after repeatedly over floor. This caused floor to lump up. They still would not respond until I called The Warrensville Health Dept. I have also called The Warrensville building Dept because of filthy stinking hallway carpet. Holes in hallway walls. Also ceiling leaked from third apt. They fixed leak upstairs but not my bathroom ceiling. I have never been late on rent. I would like a mutual agreement to vacate. Givin 3 months notice and my deposit when leaving. The only thing kept clean is administrating building and grounds.The spider
