Emblem Cane Bay North

I moved to Emblem Cane Bay North after finishing a medical rotation and relocating to the Charleston area. I’d already lived downtown, so I came in with expectations and a little hesitation about moving out of the city. This place exceeded them. What immediately stood out wasn’t just the property itself, though it’s beautifully maintained, thoughtfully designed, and clearly cared for. It was the community. From the moment I arrived, there was an intentional effort to make people feel welcome, not just housed. The events here are a perfect example. I have lived here for one year now and have been very happy. The office and maintenance staff here are wonderful. Thanks to Josh, Anita, Shannon, Q, Juan, Jacob and Paul. They go above and beyond to make sure each resident is taken care of properly. I have lived in other apartment complexes with this one being high notch. Very clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend living at Emblem Cane Bay North.

Amazing place to live. I love the community! The office staff are so lovely and helpful every time I come in. If you have an issue, it will be addressed and not ignored, they do their best to make sure complex rules are followed and everyone is content. The apartments are very nice and updated. Maintenance response is swift and very professional. The location is very central to a lot of stores and things to do in Cane Bay and Nexton area. The property is kept clean and beautiful. I’m sad to go, I’ll be moving into a house but I would 100% recommend these apartments to people!

Living here has been an absolute pleasure. When I first came to tour, Que welcomed us with a smile and has remained such a wonderful and helpful person throughout our residency. Ms. Anita and Ms. Shannon are also very kind and never hesitate to assist whenever needed. Maintenance is amazing. They work very quickly and always have gone the extra mile. I’ll never forget the day I was unloading groceries with both of my kids (trunk wide open - that’s how safe I’ve always felt) and before I could step back outside to grab the remaining bags, the maintenance manager already had them at my front door. Maintenance also helped me tote a bed I had delivered from the package room to my apartment after I very confidently thought I could carry, load into my car, and unload myself (I was very wrong lol

I went to have a tour and learn more information about these apartments I had the opportunity to meet Que at the front desk . He was polite and didn’t hesitate at all to take me on a tour and show me not one but two different models . I believe he really went the extra step to make sure I was comfortable. These apartments are amazing I most definitely looking forward to possibly staying here and thanks to Que for making that a possibility !
