Elysian Courtyards of Gentilly

I have problems with Black Mold, The ceiling in the bathroom has been damaged for over 1 1/2 years. So of course there’s health issues.

Since I moved here I haven't had any issues/problems that would make me want to leave. I chose to live here because I have things at my disposal in the GENTILLY area because I don't drive! I rely/ depend on public transportation. I'm at PEACE here. The ONLY thing I'm concerned about is the flooding. Other than that I'm HAPPY here @ Elysian Courtyards of Gentilly. THANK YOU for making my stay here a safe place. 🤗

I love it here it’s quiet gated they keep it clean if you need something done they on it … about not giving copies of your lease is a lie

If i could give no stars i would . Management is very unprofessional! Refuse to give tnats copies of their lease , maintenance does not fix anything they come and say they will be back and never return . They will find every reason to not give you your deposit back .

Person that answers the phone needs to be taught proper customer service skills!! Called and said that there's nothing to show and didn't even ask if I wanted to be placed on a waiting list. She didn't even let me into the gate to talk to me like a normal professional person should.
