Ashley is the most kind and patient landlord I have ever worked with. She listens attentively and fosters a strong sense of community among residents. I truly appreciate that I can approach her whenever I have questions or need clarification, and she consistently takes the time to ensure I fully understand how everything works. Her clear communication, professionalism, and genuine kindness make a meaningful difference. I feel fortunate and grateful to be part of this community under her leadership.

I'm a fairly new resident, I can honestly say I'm blessed and grateful to be apart of such a SAFE, and quiet community. The office staff is phenomenal. I want to give a special shout to Ms. Ashley, Ms. Domenica, Mr. David, Mr. Robbie for doing everything they can do to make my home more comfortable. Huge thank you! Heath violations Mold from a lady next door who's water heater busted and flooded my apartment since she wasn't home. Took 5 days to dry carpet and bathroom floors and walls with air movers destroyed my dresser and bottom floorboard of bathroom is black probably mold from her water heater flooding my place. I was told it's not there responsibility to replace they are only responsible for structural damage. I moved in on April 26th my lease is not up until july 26th 2026 but the Assistant manager stated that the apartment complex is now starting a new program and my roomate and I did not qualify. Mind you we already had a signed lease. They stated we had 60 days to vacate so my roomate chose a 30 day since they gave that option she signed and was out on October 27th. I hesitated to sign bec

I applied and was sent a lease to sign. I received a confirmation of my lease with dates and rental amount, but when I spoke with Dominica, the leasing manager, I was told that I didn’t income qualify for the apartment and I was offered a different apartment at a higher rent. When I selected the new apartment, I was then told that I would have to pay a double security deposit for the apartment. I wasn’t pleased with the rental process and felt like I was being scammed so, I don’t recommend this place at all. Beware!

I was treated like I was s mother visiting her daughter. Ashley was very patient,she explained step by step what I was to do and what the outcome may or may not be and I'm just praying that I woulf be a new neighbor
