The staff is slow to respond to about everything. And the new parking policy has been a nightmare for almost everyone. Guests can’t even park here anymore, the less expensive uncovered parking is all filled up and they are letting the more expensive coveted parking spots be vacant. It’s greedy as our rent has also increased by almost 10%. If you’re a resident speak up about the parking as well. This is a problem and we had no issues before this whole new parking went in effect. Everyone is getting notes on their cars from other people. It’s creating a hostile environment for the residents and for what? Greed. Came to visit my friend tonight and when I left a note was left on my car. We were able to park at any open parking spots before and now we can’t. How does visitors know which space is reserved or not. Would not recommend living here if you want friends/family visiting you cause you won’t be able to. Don’t believe their 5 star reviews. I was informed that management sent out an incentive for residents to get money off their rent if they wrote a 5 star review.

We had just moved nearly 2 months ago. This was the last place we looked at during our apartment hunting actually, right when Leah showed us the unit, we immediately fell in love with it especially the bathroom it is huge and aesthetically pleasing , she helped us apply as it could be challenging sometimes, but she was very eager to help us! The vibe here is like having your own townhouse, the community is amazing, we have events like food trucks to socialize with each other. The staff are always on the go to help us. I call for maintenance and it's scheduled to get done right away! Not to mention they are pet friendly! There is so much green space around here your pets will love it!

Dylan is the BEST!!!!! We had 4-5 major issues and Dylan was able to complete in job in under an hour, I would definitely recommend him if needing repairs.

I'd rate this apartment complex four out of five stars. I live in a 3-bedroom, 2-bath unit with two other adults, and the layout is good. The space feels adequate for three people at just under 1200 square feet. The rent is $2650, which seems to be in line with what other complexes in the area are charging. It's a dog-friendly community, which is a nice feature. The gym isn't open yet, but it looks like it will be a good amenity once it's finished. Overall, it's been a decent place to live.
